It's been more than 3 months since the launch of the Online Entry Information Declaration Policy for Foreign Nationals. The National Immigration Administration has released a comic-style guide to make the entry process smoother and easier.

The following persons areexempt from completion

以下7种情形的外国人可免于填报

1. Holders of a valid Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card of the People’s Republic of China

持中华人民共和国外国人永久居留身份证

2. Holders of a valid Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents (non-Chinese Citizens)

持港澳居民来往内地通行证（非中国籍）

3. Holders of a group visa or individuals eligible for group visa-free entry

持团体签证或者符合团体免签入境

4. Passengers in 24-hour direct transit who remain within the designated port area

24小时直接过境不离开口岸限定区域

5. Cruise passengers entering and departing on the same vessel

乘坐邮轮入出境并随原邮轮返回

6. Travelers entering through the E-channel

快捷通道入境

7. Foreign crew members of exit-entry transport vehicles
