近日，拉米（常州）新材料科技有限公司西班牙籍总经理卡洛斯-罗瑞德向外事办副主任恽爽发来邮件，感谢出国来华和行政服务处在极短时间内为公司办妥外籍人员来华邀请函。

拉米（常州）新材料科技有限公司由西班牙拉米集团投资，生产装饰印刷纸，产品用于高档家具装饰面板。此次公司邀请西班牙公司总部6位工程师来华进行设备调试验收和技术服务，使公司在疫情期间按计划正式投产。

The aim of this email is to thank you for your efficient work and commitment in the roles that you carry out in your daily day at the Foreign Affairs Bureau of Changzhou.

It was a great honor for LamiGraf to get your guidance and support for the application process of the PU Letters and your understanding about the hard situation we were facing to execute our investment in the Changzhou’s factory. Finally, we got the PU Letters in a very short period of time, and it allowed us to run the project accordingly to the expected timings.

Day by day we are even more convinced that Changzhou is the place LamiGraf wants to be and grow.
